1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Central Baptist Bible College (CBBC) portal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on CBBC's portal for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the portal
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Student Registration and Accounts

Students must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Application Process

Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. CBBC reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. All application fees paid are non-refundable.

5. Scratch Codes

Scratch codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered user. Once verified, a scratch code cannot be reused or transferred to another user. Refunds for purchased scratch codes will only be considered under exceptional circumstances as determined by the college administration.

6. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full according to the payment schedule provided. Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, mobile money, and other approved payment gateways. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

7. Academic Policies

Students are expected to adhere to all academic policies, including attendance requirements, assignment deadlines, and examination regulations. Violation of academic policies may result in disciplinary action including expulsion.

8. Code of Conduct

Students must conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Christian values and the mission of CBBC. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or academic dishonesty, will result in disciplinary action.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

CBBC is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use information only as necessary to provide our services. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CBBC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

CBBC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the portal or services provided.

12. Modifications to Terms

CBBC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
